Opi Black Shatter on China Glaze White Cap

White Cap is the last of my Anchors Away purchases, which I had forgotten to show you. It is a very light white base, with green shimmer. I love this one, even though after 3 coats you can still see the nail line, but you can use it as a top coat on different creams.
So a week ago I went by Sephora, and guess what I found: the Katty Perry collection and the Texas collection, so I bought the black shatter and It's totally forth worth it. Today you are seeing the black shatter over my White Cap.
