Stylish Blogger Award

And another award!! I got this baby from Cristina over at Opinionated little finger. So thanx a lot Cristina!!
The rules are :
1. Thank the person that awarded you
2. List 7 fun facts about you
3. Award 7 bloggers too.

The 7 fun facts I think I've already listed them in previous award posts but I'll try to find some more:
1. I love eating french fries with icecream
2. When I was a teenager I loved Backstreet Boys and had the biggest crush on Brian
3. When I was 4 I thought all people lived for only ten years, and that my parents were 7.
4. In my childhood I thought that everybody had to get married to a person that had the same name only for the opposite gender - like Alexander had to marry an Alexandra but my name has no such equivalent, so it was a bit weird.
5. I love rings and have a rather large collection.
6. I work from my appartement.
7. I am an engineer in HVAC.

And for the tag I am going to tag all my followers! So who wants to do this go ahead.

Barry M - Indigo

My first Barry M polish!! You remember this one I bought it in London.
This is nothing like the polishes I already have, it's a royal blue cream.
The formula is excellent and the application too, it was almost a one coatter.
It's super shinny and the brush glides on smoothly!
It dried in normal time, and I applied 2 coats
On top I put on a coat of Nfu-Oh n°51.

Bonnes nouvelles

Flormar 005

This is for all you nude polish lovers. It's not quite a nude but it's the next best thing,
Flormar 005 is a white jelly base with subtle liliac shimmer.
This was 3 coats, and it was still not opaque, so I gave up.
I don't like it, and since I was being a bit restless, so I messed it up! And on my middle finger I have a cherry stain. I picked up cherries in the supermarket, so this is how it happened.
What else can I say about this polish, it's not at all what I like to wear, but I bought it because it was on sale, I paied like 1$ for it.
And I had to go on a business trip, and thought it was a work appropriate color, and that's why I used it.
I applied a top coat of my Flormar holo glitter.

Top 10 Award

Hey everybody!! I got tagged with this award by Karen from Frazzle and Aniploish and by manicuredmonkey
So I would like to thank them both, this is so nice of you. I really enjoy these tags.
So the rules are:
1. Thank the person who tagged you and link to their blog.
2. Put the Top 10 Award logo on your blog.
3. List your top 10 cosmetics.
4. Choose 10 bloggers to tag, link to their blogs, and let them know.

Now for my to top ten cosmetics list - I have to really think about this one because I've got so many:
1. Nail polish - I don't know what brand to choose because I have so many, but my favourites are OPI, China Glaze, Kiko, and Dior.
2. Seche Vite top coat - can't live without it anymore. I love being able to put on a manicure and ten min later it being dry.
3. Farmec solution with vitamin B5 for nails - it has saved my nails, I used to have very brittle nails, that would brake easily, but this stuff has really helped me, and since I've started using it I am able to have long and strong nails.
4. Face cream from Avene with SPF 20 - I think SPF is really important for the face skin. I don't like getting tan outside my vacation, I have the wrinckle fear and tanning causes wrinckles to become more visible.
5. Make up Forever HD foundation - I just love this formula, it covers very well without making you look like you're wearing a mask. I changed it for a Mac foundation and soon regretted it so I came back to it recently.
6. Concealler - I loved a Make up Forever one that I had, but don't remember the name, but the quantity was small, and I consummed it very quickly. Now I have a Mac one, but I am not happy with it. I don't know if it's this brand in general, but I am not happy with any of the Mac products I've purchased.
7. Face powder - Now I am using a compact powder from Benefit - I don't like tinted ones, and this one has a very subtle coloration and it is very fine. Next I am going to try Make up forever Poudre libre HD.
8. Blush - I don't really have a favourite brand everything basically works for me, but I have to put it on, because I have very white skin, and look very pale without it.
9. Mineralize Skinfinish from MAC - the only Mac product I bought and loved - I apply it over my blush, to give my cheeks a kind of glow.
10. Extase mascara from Dior - the best mascara I've ever tried!!! I have very small eeylashes, and they are rare too, and this mascara makes them look so good!!
11. Lipstick - I hate lipgloss - my choice of lipstick right now is Estee Lauder Pure color - it's really creamy and makes my lips feel smooth.
12. Eyeshadow - I have lots of brands that I love and use - Sephora, Bourjois, Estee Lauder, Wet'n'Wild, L'Oreal, Nyx, and lots others.
I did 12 because I need 12 :D
And now for the blogs I would like to tag:
1. Jane from Nailside  - I love her blog she does lots of manis with scotch tape
2. Ivana from Ivana thinks Pink - she has pretty square tips and her blog just turned 1 - check it out she's having a giveaway
3. Amy from Gotham Polish - she has an original blog with travelling polish.
4. Danielle  from Polish Obsessed - I love the shape of her nails, and she does wonderfull stamping too.
5. Noir laquer  - I love her blog, she does nice swatches and always has the latest collections
6. Anutka from Wacky Laky - she does great clean swatches and her photos look really good.
7. Tasha from Chikisnails - love the swatches and her little chiwawa!
8. Penelope from All things nails! - she's got lovely long nails and her swatches got me to buy lots of polish
9. Olivia - from Varnish me - Great looking blog with great pictures and lovely polishes
10. Taya from My little beauty world - She not only does nail polish swatches and manis but also reviews beauty products.
So these are my choices - hope you check out all of these blogs and have a great day!

Zoya - Kimmy

This is from the Summertime & Sunshine collection and it is going in my top 5. I still have to show you Zoya Faye which horribly stained my nails, but it is so pretty!!
This is a red jelly base, just gorgeously filled with gold and red shimmer. It's totally opaque in 2 coats and it is just one of those colors that practice hypnose on you: that is you can't help but stare at your nails all day long.
The application and formula were super, the brush just glided on and I didn't need much clean up. It was all perfect in my opinion.
I have to say I really found this one to be really beautiful, and it complimented very well my skin tone.
After that I applied a coat of silver shatter, now I am not so sure about this look, but I will show it to you anyways.
And the last photos are the rings that Cristina sent me. Love them!! So thank you Cristina

KIKO 281

I wore this for about 4 days on my weekend in London, and also to the wedding I attended. It didn't chip at all, and had very little tip wear after all that time.
This is a cream red with hints of coral and pink. I love the application on this one, its brush is very good, I like that it's flat.
The formula is great, it's not too gloopy, not too runny, just right. I applied two coats, and it was tip top for four days. I am loving these polishes, and I got this in their may sale the polishes were 2.5€.
I am sorry for not posting yesterday, I was away on business, and came back at 11 o'clock at night so I did not have the time.

Pink Wednesday - OPI- Hoo doo voo doo

Hey everybody!!
I have had a hectic day, I am super pissed, because my tax declaration was lost, and I have to redo them, which is super ennoying because I have to go back to the tax centre and pick new ones up. I was planning on doing that today, but my boss kept me so busy that I just didn't have the time. He than gently let me know that tomorrow I was going on a business trip, and therefore don't have the time to do it tomorrow either. And also tomorrow I was supposed to go sign the papers for our new appartement, because my husband doesn't have the time. So now everything must be reported.
I am so freking mad!!*
I've had enough of this sucky job!!
So onto to the polish. Sorry about the photos, I took them with another camera, which obviously sucks....
This is a great polish, I had no chips after 3 days, and no tip wear either.
I did 2 coats and it was opaque. Application and formula were just perfect as for all other OPIs.

It's a kind of dark fuchsia cream so that's why I thought it would go well on pink wednesday.
Here are the sucky photos:

Catrice - Sold out forever

Hey everybody!!
My second Catrice, and as I've seen on the blogosphere quite a popular choice for lots of you, but I actually picked it up not knowing this was Sold out forever.
It's a green cream base, with small green shimmer. The shimmer is hardly visible but it's there, and I hope I did a good job on the photos so you too can spot it.
The application was great, and the formula is great too, it's a bit liquid but I like it.
I just got my package back from Cristina - I sent her some of the Touring America polishes so she could try them out, and she sent them back last week, along with some other goodies - like chocolate, two beautiful rings, some weird candy, some new naipolishes and a book about cats prechewed by her rabbit.
And back to today's polish, this was 2 coats - click to enlarge and see the beautiful shimmer

Essence twins - Chuck & Blair

Since yesterday I promised you photos with the stuff I bought in London here are they:
My wishbone necklace from Topshop

The gorgeous Andrea Fulerton polish

My new van

And today's polishes are another pair of the twins Chuck & Blair
Chuck is the cream one, a dark blue one and Blair is a glitter polish, it's got small holographic ones, larger hexagonal silver ones.
For the cream I applied two coats, one would have been enough but you know me. Application was good.
The glitter is in only one coat this time.
Here are the photos:
