Our trip to New York

Hey you are probably wondering why I haven't posted. Well it's because we took a trip to New York, and it was excellent! I was really excited about it, because I had never been outside Europe, and come on who wouldn't be? We see this city in every movie, every series, so I was curious to see if it's really like in the movies, and guess what? It is!!

I met with the lovely Amy from Gotham Polish also, and her boyfriend, we went out to a lovely restaurant and had a blast, hope I see you again Amy!

We visited every site possible, like any normal tourist would do, took a huge amount of photos, had lots of good food, and went out to loads of pubs and bars.

We saw some museums too, and whole lot of amazing paintings!

So here are some highlight photos:

China Glaze - Riveting and Luxe&Lush

I give you today another one of the Hunger Games collection. I am talkin about Riveting, since Luxe & Lush you've already seen.

Riveting is a bright orange jelly base, with orange and yellow shimmer.
This has the power of a neon, and the finish of a shimmer. I applied 2 coats and it was perfectly opaque. The formula is great and I really love the way it suits my skin tone.

I applied one coat of Luxe&Lush , and one coat of top coat. Hope you like it! What polishes did you choose from the Hunger Games collection?

And bonus a picture of my rolled up cat.

My OPI stash

This is I think the biggest stash I have - about 50. This was the brand that got my obsession started. The first OPI nail polish I ever bought was You don't know Jaques. BB Couture - Michael

I fell in love with BB Couture a while ago, but since here it costs too much to buy some. Delivery is super expensive from the sites that sell this brand, and you have to buy a few to get the price down by bottle, so you end up paying like 70$ for 5 bottles, which in my book is way too much.

So I got this for my birthday from my friend Cristina. Thank you Cristina!! Mouah!
This is one of my favourites. It's a dark blue base, with blue and purple small shimmer. It comes alive in the sunlight.

Application is just perfect, the brush could be better but, it's better than the one from China Glaze. This was two coats.:

China Glaze - Trendsetter and Luxe&Lush

Hey, hey, hey!!!
I have another China Glaze - Hunger Games collection , nail polish for you today.
This one is a very original color. I loved this collection, I found that there were many original shades.

It is a mustard yellow, with bright yellow flakies. The application was flawless on this one, and it lasted all weekend without any chips or tip wear.

I applied Luxe and Lush on top, and this one is a stunner! It's a clear base, with bits of holo foil in it, that have no exact shape of size. This one need a top coat because it renders the polish underneath a little dull.

 Here are the photos:
