Essie - Damsel in a dress

This is another favourite, slowlly all of the Essies are becoming favourites, the colors are amazing, and the texture too. It's a sort of shimmer dark deep red. Dries off just like the others pretty fast, and two coats is enough.
I chose to do a design from my H1 plate (I'm trying everyone out).

Essie - Demure Vixen

I was dying to try this one out, and I must say it didn't disappoint. Great formula, it was opaque in 2 coats, and dries off awfully fast. I did a Konad design on it, from my new H1 plate. I forgot to tell you that it has a rosey shimmer which can not be so well seen on the photos. Have a looksy

Essie - Huckle Buckle

A color I really loved in the bottle, but on the nail not so much. It's like Orly's Fantasea, takes like 3 coats to get a decent looking color, but still doesn't look like in the bottle. It dries off pretty quckly though.
I still like it and would order it again, but it's not among my favorites.
I did some Konad stamping on it with China Glaze Agent Lavender and Konad plate B65. Here are the photos.

Essie - Sew Psyched

I got my www.nailetc.com order yesterday, actually a part of it, because I put in a preorder on some China Glaze crackles, and they will arrive at the end of January. So, I got 7 Essies and a Seche vite top coat. I used the first Essie yesterday, it kinda wincked at me, it's from the Fall 2010 collection, and I really liked it because it's green, and my favorite color is green. The Essie formula on this one is just wonderfull, you get a beautiful color in two coats, and dries off pretty quickly.
I also put in an order on www.chez-delaney.com, for 3 konad plates, which I received today, and in the package there was a surprise she also sent me 3 liners - free. I tried a design from the H1 plate with my Flormar 390 and absolutly loved it. It came out just perfect. By the way the plates where at a really good price, i think I payed like 3 euros for the small ones and 4 for the bigger one.

Zoya - Charisma

This was a big disappointment, judging from the bottle I thought it was a cream but it is actually matte, and that was not the main problem. In the bottle the color is much more vibrant, but on the nail it becomes kind of dull when it dries off.
I also had to do 3 coats to get it to become sort of opaque because as you can see it is still not opaque, and to top it off it streaks. I really hate the fact that I did such a bad review on this one, but I really can't find any qualities, except for the drying speed.
So seeing as I hated the color I applied a kind of pink holo glitter, I bought in Romania, it is from Flormar - a romanian polish. I liked it better this way, but I had a hard time with it because I was already at 5 coats so I applied a coat of my new seche vite, which worked like a charm. I am very happy with seche, and I don't think I will ever buy something else as a top coat.

Zoya - Envy

I found this beauty on a blog sale - more precisely on Beautopia at a very nice price, I was very happy to find it on a blog sale because it's very hard to get Zoya here, and if I do it is very expensive - so thank you Karrie. I really like their bottles, very clean design, and they are actually pretty big, they always looked small on the website, don't know why.
It's a dark green, it is almost black, looks green only in bright light. Dries off nicely, and applies pretty smoothly, it's almost opaque in one coat. So I guess if you want it to look rather green than black you can put only one coat on.

Hey everybody!! Happy new year!! sorry about the lack of posts lately, I was in Brasov, and did not bring my laptop with me because we were there for two days and for new years , we had so much fun that night, I couldn't believe it. I don't know how new years is for you but for me it hasn't been so much fun the last few years.

Today I have something very special for you OPI Let me entertain you - this was a Christmas present for me from my childhood friend Ange. She actually didn't know that this was on my wish list, but she bought it for me. Here are the photos - love this polish, it's perfectely opaque in two coats, and dries off pretty fast. Sorry about the quality of the photos I didn't have a lot of time lately for photos and the blog.
