Essie Lights and OPI - The man with the golden gun!!

Soooo excited about this one guys!!
Let's start at the beginning: I found this Essie in the sale at Monoprix, so all you girls that live in France, they had like 4 colors in the Sale. I thought this one was pretty cute, so I bought it for 6€. It is ok compared to the 12€ we normally have to pay for these here.

It is a pink neon finish nail polish, so that means it dries matte, and needs topcoat to shine. I love the color it is so pretty, but like I have found with neons don't last long in moist environements, so when I use these and go to the seaside, they peel in like a day.

And for the most exciting part I got my hands on The Man with the golden gun by OPI, that was the only polish in the Skyfall collection that I wanted, and I was not able to find this here. I don't know if anyone as come across it in France, because I looked for it everywhere and couldn't find it.

But the nicest girl Emilie from Greeneyespinknails got it for me. She lives in Switzerland, and they sell it there. She was so nice that she offered it to me for Christmas. So Thank you so much Emilie!
So you probably all know by now what this is , it is a clear base, with gold flakes in it. I absolutely adore this, it is so gorgeous, and it goes well on everything!! Really matches every color.

Here are the photos: - 2 coats of Essie - Lights, and one coat of OPI - The man with the golden gun

OPI - Brand new skates

Hey you guys!!
Sorry for the lack of posts. I was away on a long weekend in Milan. I loved it there. Good pasta, good pizza, good coffee, and good friends.

I do have a new nailpolish for you today. It is the well known Brand new skates, and I really love it. I actually already swatched this but I forgot to take pictures.

This is a pretty gray foil nailpolish, with this different coloured shimmer. It is a bit on the sheer side, so I applied 3 coats, andI still had some VNL, but what can I do?? How many coats can a woman do.

This is the same formula that OPI has accustomed us to.

Have a look:

OPI - Number one Nemesis

Today I have for you a polish from the Spiderman collection from OPI. I don't really like all the other polishes, I didn't even like this one that much, but I was in NY, and saw it and thought it might be a bit unique but it's not. The other polishes in this collection were a bit "been there done that" - I mean how many Chanel Peridot dupes do we have to have?

Anyways this is a very sheer polish, so it needed three coats, and even then I still felt like it was a bit see through. This is a dark grey-green jelly base packed with gold shimmer I think.

The application was a bit rough too, I don't know why.
I also added an accent nail in OPI- Save me!

OPI - I don't give a Rotterdam & Nubar - Black polka dot

I have had this one for a long time, just didn't get the time to get around to it.
It was one of the two polishes I got from the Holland collection. I am not a fan of this one, it doesn't suit my skin tone. I like the color in the bottle, I just don't like it on my nails.

How would I describe this color??? Hmmm. I could say it's a blue cream base, with some white and silver fleks?? Don't really know. It's an odd color.

This was two coats, and application is a dream like any OPI, consistancy is perfect.

I topped this with two coats of Nubar's Black polka dot:

What I would wear -series 1 episode 2

Welcome to the second episode of the What I would wear series.
This is more of a casual outfit. And I also included accessories this time, because the last time I had forgotten.

I bought this shirt on Asos a week ago, and it was love at first site. I have been eyeballing it for a month, waiting for sales, and I finally got 40 % off.
So here is the info:
Shirt: Asos - it cost 29€ and it was originaly 41,51€. You can find it here.
Jeans: Zara - these are super comfy and you can get them in lots of different colors, and they were pretty cheap too - 25€. You can find them here I also have these in navy and green. I just love them.
Accessories: The ring was from H&M and it cost 4€, but I don't know if they sell it anymore. And the earrings were a present.
Shoes: - I bought these on sale from Spartoo.com and they were about 25€. The brand is Bronx, a brand I am very fond of, and have lots of shoes from. You can still find them here, but not for the same price.
Sweater: - I got this at New Look, it cost 35€, and I think they don't sell them anymore.
Nail polishes - From left to right:
- Dior - St. Tropez - swatch here
- OPI - Suzi says Feng Shui - swatch here ( it's kind of old school Une Ruxi a Paris)

OPI - Jade is the new black

This is part of the permanent collection I think.

It's a dark green cream . I am not in love with this color, but I must admit it looks good on my short short nails. It applies very well and had absolutely no issues with it.

This is two coats, and I think I'm falling back in love with the color green. I had some nail polish go under my cuticule and couldn't clean that up so sorry for it.

OPI - Dutch'ya just love OPI

I ordered this around 2 months ago, but didn't get around to swatching it. I know I'm very late with this but I still love it. It's part of the Holland collection.

It is a purple cream base with bronze shimmer I would say. I just love the effect this has. Application was perfect, as is the brush. Two coats did the trick.

I just love this color, and I am sorry that my nails are still so small. The pictures were taken after two days from the application , so there's a little wear on the tips.
